Our cottages, Willow Tree Cottage and Elm Tree Cottage are located on the Northern edge of the Yorkshire Wolds and the southern edge of the North York Moors National Park, close to the seaside towns of Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington.

It is an ideal location for exploring the beauty of North Yorkshire, The Wolds and the Yorkshire coast. In addition the historic city of York is only 35 miles away and the market town of Beverley with its 12th century minster is 20 miles from the cottages.

In addition to the Minsters at York and Beverley, there are plenty of historic houses such as Castle Howard, Sewerby Hall, Burton Agnes Hall, Nunnington Hall, Duncombe Park and Burton Constable Hall; all within an hour’s drive from the cottages. The cottages are close to main arterial roads providing easy access north, south and east (please see our location page).

So, whether you are looking for a location from which to explore North Yorkshire and the coast or the ideal cosy haven to relax and unwind, our cottages are the perfect choice.
